Susan Oliver Heard, Graduate Gemologist (GIA Carlsbad) and Rob Lavinsky, PhD, have collaborated to bring a museum quality exhibition to Cinnabar in San Antonio, TX of mineral specimens from around the globe. Come get lost in Lapis City, Malachite from the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Flourite formations from Illinois, liddicoatite tourmaline butterfly wings, and bronze works of functional art.

We will be hosting a series of weekly talks and panels relating to geology and gemology culminating with one including Rob Lavinsky in late April 2019.
